For the proper use of the Unit

1. KEEP DOORS CLOSED

• If the air condition is on.
• If you are going out.
• Or when you go to sleep.

2. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUTSIDE....

Please do not leave your valuable things outside, we are not responsible for any missing items that you leave outside.

At Home In Cozumel Sesaside Retreats is not responsible for objects left in the area outside the condo/house… The beach is for public use and anyone has access to it, therefore, we ask you not to leave valuables outside of the house and ask  if you are going to leave the house, please close all doors and locks.

3. DO NOT HANG ANY CLOTHES...

No clothing or towels shall be hung, dried or aired in such a manner. (From the balcony or anywhere outside).

4. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

5. SOFA… In every way please be

1. Wet swimsuits… don’t sit on the couch with wet swimsuits.
2. Temporary tattoos… Their stains cannot be removed; if you stain the couch you will be charged with a new couch.
3. Hair dye.
4. Children with Crayola or marker.
5. Candle wax.
6. Any kind of food spill.
