Miramar condos are the perfect vacation accommodations. They're a direct shot from the airport and ports. Our unit was very spacious and comfortable with fantastic westerly views. The platform to jump off into the ocean was a total hit! The pool and grounds were always spotless thanks to Sr. Ezequiel. The current is a bit strong; however this is clearly stated in the welcome packet. We love Cozumel and come to dive the reefs and hit a few familiar haunts. This was my fourth time to the isle, second for my wife and two daughters. Matias and Isabella are the friendliest of hosts. Our arrival was delayed due to the Detroit TSA by 2 days but they worked with us to get as much time back as we could.
I think until we get our own place in paradise, we're going to keep coming back to Miramar 😊
This was our second time but not our last at Miramar Condos. It is a beautiful place with breathtaking views. We had all the comforts of home. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is a place to sit and enjoy the beautiful waters.
Miramar Condominium 203 is a beautiful, peaceful respite on the north end of Cozumel island. Amazing view, gracious, and helpful staff create the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The condo is well appointed, good air conditioning, and though it’s a little far from town, taxis are readily available. Small, private property is the peaceful setting you are looking for!
We stayed at Brisas 101 a second time as a family of six. It’s spacious, beautiful and the views can’t be beat! The views off the balcony are just breathtaking, the maid service is fabulous and having Mattias on site to check in with is an added bonus as well. We can’t wait to return for a third time!
We just got back from a wonderful stay at the Miramar Condos. The condo is beautiful, the pool is so nice and refreshing, and of course there are amazing views of the water and sunsets.
We started our visit with a meal by Chef Anthony in our condo and it was beyond amazing! Everything he served was so flavorful and delicious. He cooked, served and cleaned up afterwards. We had enough left over for a couple more meals. Chef Anthony made it such a fun dinner!
Isabella and Matt are so helpful, arranging for transportation from the airport, delivering our rental car, contacting Chef Anthony for us, and making sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed.
We wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly be back!
This spot is a must stay in Cozumel. We drove the entire island and didn't see another spot that offered everything we had just steps from where we were staying. We stayed in Nah ha #502 and we are definitely going back. The host and building staff were incredible and kind. The snorkeling right on site was amazing! Such a highlight! We brought our own snorkel gear but I'm sure you could buy it on the island.
Just checked out after 6 great nights. The condo is exactly as advertised. The AC worked great, which was needed the first afternoon we got there and one or two other afternoons. Otherwise, we opened the doors and windows and let the beautiful ocean breeze blow through. The pool and chairs were nice. The diving board was fun, and the ladder was nice to get out. Snorkeled a bunch both ways up the wall. Very nice. Be careful of currents.
We stayed in Miramar during March 2022. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They even set up a COVID test before we went home. The place was clean and perfect for us. We were even offered late check out. I highly recommend Cozumel Seaside Retreats to anyone visiting Cozumel. We had such a great time we're going back now!
Excellent accommodation & conveniently located to downtown. Staff was very helpful with not only the condo stay, but in coordinating other things - like airport transfer & scooter rental.

Las Brisas was the perfect place to stay with my family on Cozumel. We brought two young children along with my parents and had more than enough room. The living space was comfortable, the views were unbeatable, the pool was ideal for the kids (heated), and there is a nice walking/running/bike path right out front that was perfect for when we all needed to get out and exercise. The area is quiet, safe, and close enough to town where you can either hop in the car and drive 8-10 minutes, or flag down a taxi. We would 10/10 stay here again!
I rented Miramar 204 this year. I had rented Miramar 201 about seven years ago. I have been coming to Cozumel since 1994, off and on. I have stayed in different hotels and all inclusives but when I want something more peaceful and independent, I decided on Miramar. It is expensive but a delightful sacrifice and gift to oneself or the family or with friends. I did mot rent a car since I like waking. There are no grocery stores near nor restaurants so be prepared to walk, bike, drive or take a taxi. Everything on Cozumel is great. There are beachclubs nearby if you like a beach. Tell them you are staying on the island and not on a cruise ship and they will eliminate the entrance fee. Overall, a great place, attentive staff, and a restful, reflective, peaceful place on the Caribbean.
We loved our stay at Nah Ha. The balcony and view were amazing and the snorkeling right out front was some of the best we have experienced. Highly recommend unit 502 to anyone visiting the island!
Nah Ha 502 exceeded our expectations! Matias and the staff were happy to help and answer all of our questions. There were 7 of us staying in the 3 bedroom condo. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. We hired Chef Antonio for three dinners and each dinner was delicious and creative. He was happy to accommodate any dietary requirements. We loved jumping off the dive platform into the ocean. The snorkeling is great! The pool isn’t heated and the hot tub didn’t work. We watched night dives from our balcony. The sunsets are spectacular! We really enjoyed exploring the town of San Miguel. And it only costs 100 pesos to get there by taxi. Highly recommend Pepe’s Dive Shop and Abdias if you’re going to scuba dive. Abdias was a fantastic teacher for our check-out dives. Definitely hire Martin to take you on a tour of the Island. He showed us the best parts and gave us a thorough tour. The beaches on the ocean side are outstanding with tidal pools.
Rented 701 & 502 in NahHa. They are amazing with so much room.
Matias is easy to work with and Pepe is around every day!

We stayed at Miramar for Christmas, for the second year and it did not disappoint. This time we stayed in 203 and it was comfy and beautifully decorated. Before arriving, management sent us an email containing all the pertinent information. We were allowed to schedule an airport shuttle in advance, saving time and money, as well as our maid service preferences. The weather was perfect the entire time we were there. Sunny, partly cloudy, nice breezes and 80. Miramar is perfect if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle associated with the downtown crowds of tourists coming off the cruise ships and the ferries. You are a short taxi ride away (5-10 US/100-200 pesos). There is a MEGA grocery which is perfect for grabbing any essentials you need while you are here, e.g., tequila, snacks, frijoles, Arroz, and well-seasoned pollo, to name a few... 203 has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. A well-stocked kitchen, unlimited filtered water, ice cube trays, reusable grocery totes, plenty of towels (beach/pool/regular), toilet paper, WIFI, cold A/C, excellent fans, Netflix, comfortable furnishings, and a fantastic ocean view. You can look outside your doors to the pool and beyond and watch the waves and cruise ships float by. There is a platform for diving or stairs that lead straight to the ocean if you wish to do a little snorkeling. I needed an ironing board and sent an email and within minutes they delivered! They offered to store our luggage upon checking out because we had a later flight. This place gives you the feel of home with amazing views. We WILL come back again in the future! Wonderful owners!! Be sure to get amazing birria tacos at Las Tapatías de Cozumel during your stay!
My family and I stayed the whole week at Las Brisas last week. Condo is in north hotel zone. Super safe area, easy drive to grocery stores, shopping and other activities. Las Brisas is an amazing place. The condo is super clean, very comfortable. The decoration immerses you in an island vibe the moment you walk in, and keeps you relaxed the whole time you are there. Sunsets from the balcony are the best. AcC works great, water pressure is strong, hot water is hot. Security guards present morning and night. Maintenance there every day cleaning up the pool area and keeping the whole complex clean. We’ve rented on VRBO dozens of times and I think Las Brisas is tops for us. We will definitely be back, Thanks Matt for helping create such a great experience for us. Also if you book, do yourself a favor and book Chef Anthony for a private dinner. He cooked us cochnita pibil as a 4 course meal that was outstanding
Fantastic stay! We had a last minute change in trip due to hurricane in Cabo and decided to come to Cozumel instead. Management was incredibly helpful getting our stay booked and helped to set up transportation needs. The unit is simply stunning! Very roomy and clean, and you can’t beat the ocean view. We snorkeled right in front of the pool. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return.
Fantastic condo, very big and roomy, very comfortable. Beautiful panaramic views out of the entire back of condo. Beautiful murals and artwork throughout the inside. The pool private to the condo is very nice and beach with amazing aquarium like water steps off of pool deck. We had the best time and property managers helped us with anything we needed including car rental and excursions.
Thank you to Isabella and Matias for the wonderful stay a Miramar Condos (#101). It was our second time at these condos and they continue to impress. Unfortunately we had some bad weather during our stay but we still enjoyed hanging out in the condo, doing puzzles, reading and cooking. We loved watching the storms coming in right over the water. The condo was clean, well stocked and checkin/checkout was a breeze. We didn’t take too many pictures because of the weather, but we did get a beautiful rainbow over the water on our last day. Thanks again! We will be back!
Perfect place to stay in Cozumel. Condo has everything, including washer/dryer. Views are spectacular from the condo and the pool area. You could also snorkel right off the property, where there is plenty of fish to see. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had the best time in Cozumel! We stayed at Las Brisas. The condo was more than what we expected. It was clean and very well maintained. It was great having a security guard at the door (although we felt 100% safe at ALL times!). We especially appreciated Mario's attentiveness. Our host, Matias and Isabella, helped us with everything! They put us in Contact with Anthony who was our Personal chef. He prepared three dinners and three breakfasts for us. There were four of us and all of us agreed that it was absolutely the most beautiful and delicious meals we ever experienced. He explained everything we ate and he was so kind. Matias also set us up with a rental car. It could not have been more convenient! Jose met us at our condo with a clean car and the keys. We drove all around the island and it was great having the flexibility. Chef Anthony set us up with a Cielo tour with the Salty brothers! Isaias and the Captain prepared our lunch and took us to great snorkel sights. We saw sea turtles, starfish, swam with the sting rays and saw literally thousands of fish! The snorkeling off the beach at Las Brisas was also great. We took our own snorkel gear which proved to be a great investment! I tried unsuccessfully to post some pictures, but believe me, pictures don't do any of it justice! The sunsets that we were able to see off the deck were breath-taking! I can't speak highly enough for Cozumel Seaside Retreats. We hope to be able to come back and see our Cozumel friends once again. Thank you Matias and Isabella for a perfect vacation!
Condo Miramar 201 is magical. You will relax and be stress free the moment you enter the condo. Everything you need is in condo and the furniture is very relaxing, and the view from the balcony is soectacular.
From the reservation and anything during your stay in paradise spectacular. Isabella, Matias, Pepe, Ezekiel, Maria Cruz, and Maribel will be very attentive to your needs. Amazing staff.

We stayed 6/3-7/23 at the Beautiful Miramar Condos~ we are world travelers~ this property is comfortable, clean and safe, with a gorgeous million dollar ocean view. I want to highly recommend a perfect Oceanside Vaca Property and the top notch Concierge Superman Matias~ he rescued our trip from turning into a disaster~
Matias offered staff to carry suitcases up 4 flights when we told him we were post cancer treatments for a special vacation rest and recovery. We had a medical emergency poolside and called Matias~ he didn’t just give us the phone number for an ambulance, he drove to the condo and stayed with me until the ambulance arrive translating Spanish~ he drove in front of the ambulance directing us to a small close by hospital he recommend.
A lovely small hospital, competent doctors and nurses ~ the perfect spot for my husband to recover from having to Gran mal seizures. Matt checked on us while we were there recommending restaurants and a rides. When we returned, gave us an available 1st condo substitute, so that my husband did not have to walk up four flights of stairs.. He was like family ~ Don’t look any further than Cozumel Seaside~ BEST choice ~exceeding all Expectations.

This was our third visit to Miramar! Fantastic every time. The accommodations and service are outstanding. We booked again for another stay!!! As power outages can happen on islands. We had an outrage but Matias and his crew made that experience even easy and fun for our entire crew!!!
We loved our stay for spring break. The condo exceeded our expectations as was spot on with many of the other reviewers' comments. The views are spectacular--especially loved waking up in the master bedroom to the views every morning. Plenty of room for our family of four and were grateful for the kitchen which had everything we needed to enjoy a homecooked meal. Pool area was a perfect spot to hang out for the day. Our kids loved jumping into the ocean off the platform and snorkeling. We all decided that this unit will be part of our next trip to Cozumel. The staff is wonderful--great communication before our arrival and quick to respond to any small issues we had during our stay.
Beautiful condo (#401)! Matias was so helpful and thoughtful. When there was a power outage (for the whole area, not just the condo), he came by to see if I needed candles!
The views are stunning! Watch the gorgeous sunset every night from your balcony. Or fix a pot of coffee in the morning and sip it while enjoying the the boats passing by.
The pool is lovely. Not huge, but plenty for this complex. Great snorkeling here… just drift with the current and walk back to the condo.
I ended up coming solo because my friend got sick at the last minute, and I felt safe (as a single woman) the entire time. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive to downtown. Some dining options within walking distance, too. Matias helped reserve a car for me for one day, so I could explore the “Wild” side of the island. They brought it right to the condo and came here to pick it up the next day.
If you want to vacation in a lovely, relaxing place with helpful, attentive staff, this is it.
A wonderful week at Miramar 402. The condo had everything we needed and it was nice and quiet on the north end of town. Matias and staff were always available if we needed them. There is no elevator if that is something you need.
I’m almost afraid to post a review for fear that the best place on the island and the best rental company will become ‘discovered’. We have been fortunate to rent from Matias and Isabella for 15+ years now. They, and all of their staff, are so customer focused that you feel like family. Every year that we return, it’s is like going home.
All of this would be meaningless to you, dear reader, if the condos were sub-standard. They are not. In fact, having looked at numerous other offerings on the beautiful island of Cozumel, we think that the Nah Ha condos are the best on the island - bar none. I never thought that architecture mattered all that much, provided the view was stunning. However, the Nah Ha condos marry a spectacular ocean front view with a wonderful floor plan. Each bedroom has a view of the water and its own dedicated bathroom. The rest of the condo boast a gourmet kitchen, dinning area, living room, and additional half bath. The views of the sunset from the balcony are just stunning.
The pool area is also fantastic with comfortable chairs, chaise loungers, and umbrellas when the Mexican sun becomes a bit too much. There is a diving platform for the adventurous. And the snorkeling is very good up and down the coast. Finally, there is a bathroom on the pool level, so no need to trudge back to the condo - except perhaps for additional beverages and snacks;)
Again, I’m hesitant to post this extremely positive review for fear that our special spot in paradise will be discovered. Maybe we can keep this just between us;)

The best! Absolutely the best!! This condo, #401, is so lovely. All decorated in blue and white, such that anytime is bright, light and airy. Better yet is the view to die for. 180 degrees over the water with a palm tree breaking it up in the middle. That makes it even better. I have 2 dozen pictures of the sunset over the water as everyday it’s different. Do yourself a favor. GO!
We stayed the month of February. We never got bored because we swam or snorkeled most days. The snorkeling off the condo’s shoreline was the best. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful fish, eels, and coral. We saw something new each time we went. Matias and his staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Any questions or requests were immediately addressed from needing a computer monitor, a restaurant recommendation or a private boat for a snorkeling trip. We highly recommend this location and the wonderful staff.
We spent 10 lovely days at Miramar 201. Miramar is a small complex that is very quiet. Matias, Jose and their crew keep the grounds spotless and are available for anything you need. Matias answered all of our questions before we arrived and hooked us up with Oscar, a great dive master and Chef Anthony who came in and cooked us a fabulous dinner. The complex is a 20-30 minute walk to town or an easy $5 taxi ride. Our condo was comfortably and beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was perfect after a day of diving. I highly recommend you book with this company. Kathy & Bill
This was our first stay at the Miramar and definitely won't be our last. We have been going to Cozumel for 30+ years and always stay at a property down the street that was also nice but more like a time share. Miramar is a quiet, clean, well-maintained property and we highly recommend it. We had apartment # 301 which is a 3-bedroom with 3 full baths. Having a full kitchen with washer and dryer was also extra special.
The view, snorkeling and water was just spectacular. Staff were beyond lovely. I highly recommend these condos.
We had an amazing 8 night stay in this condo, 702, and are likely never going to look at another place to stay ever again. We come down here 2x per year, and this has been our favorite so far! The pics don’t do this place justice. Simply amazing.

The property was very well taken care of. We stayed in condo 101, and great to be able to just walk out to the pool. Management was very attentive to any of our concerns or questions. The only downfall is that the chairs around the dining table were very poor quality and felt like the legs of the chairs were going to fall off. Therefore we just sat at the breakfast bar. Thank you to the management and property workers for a GREAT stay.

This condo was lovely. Myself and four friends stayed there for a week in condo 301. The views from the livingroom and master bedroom are breathtaking!! And the pool was awesome too! The owners, Matt & Isabella and their staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay at the Miramar. Condo 401 has the best views and is very comfortable. The response to our inquiries and local recommendations from the management was on point. The pool and outdoor living areas are resort like. Would highly recommend for your next stay in Cozumel.

We stayed at the Nah Ha condos in 701. It was huge and beautiful. Giant full sized kitchen with every and anything you could need to cook full meals. The fridge even has bottled water pumped into it for ice and water dispenser.
Big beautiful 3 bedroom condo. The view from our patio was the best. You can see forever. We watched the cruise ships every morning and evening.
We will be back to this condo in the future.
Cozumel Seaside Retreats have other options as well. Las Brisas, Miramar and Nah Ha. We have stayed at all three and they are all amazing.
No need to look any farther for the best customer service and condos in Cozumel.

Cuenta con estacionamiento. El departamento que rentamos tenía cocina completa, baño competo, sala con sofá cama, comedor, amplia recámara con balcón (vista al mar por supuesto), equipo competo para hacer snorkel y hasta lavadora/secadora. 100% recomendado. Por que 4 estrellas? Siento que el edificio ya es viejo y más que mantenimiento requiere una remodelada. Sin embargo fácilmente se puede hacer eso a un lado esto y obtener unas vacaciones de sueño por un precio accesible.
What a beautiful place! We enjoyed the amazing views from both balconies. We jumped, swam and snorkeled. We stayed in 301 and it was clean, spacious, and had all we needed and more. They had all that we needed to cook and plenty of bottled water and coolers and snorkel gear too. (We brought our own but was nice to have the back up). ANYTIME we needed anything Jose got us what we needed. I even had my new vacation dress strap break and asked if they had a sewing kit and sure enough they brought that up to our room. On a side note we liked the location and a taxi would be fine but we really enjoyed having a car to explore and grocery shop. We are so grateful to this place and the staff for making this an amazing vacation in Cozumel.

The Miramar condos sit right on the Caribbean with huge glass doors facing west for unforgettable, picturesque sunsets.
This is my 1st trip to Cozumel in July as I usually come in October but the water clarity was absolutely fantastic!!! All you need is snorkel, mask & fins and there is a ton of sea life that can be seen right at Miramar by taking the big plunge off the platform and easy access back up with the stairs provided.
I took some great underwater video footage at Miramar with my gopro so some of the pictures I’m posting are screen captures from video but still give you an idea just how beautiful the snorkeling is at Miramar! There were sea turtles, eels, sting rays & tons of gorgeous reef fish. STUNNING!

My wife would jump in the water from the platform at Miramar every morning by herself and I would film her from above. She is in love with Miramar and Cozumel now. I saw a peacefulness in her on these tranquil morning swims that I had not seen before. It made this entire trip worth the price. I witnessed her become one with the sea.
Watching my 11 year old son in pure delight at the festival of fish that swam around him was inspiring. He really enjoyed the Cozumel journey and loved our evenings in the swimming pool of serenity. It was a magical trip for him and he told me that I picked out the best condo on Cozumel! When wifey & son are happy, I’m in bliss.
A lot of people think Cozumel is only for SCUBA diving which I’ll admit is among the best anywhere but Cozumel has so many other things to do. There are tons of beach clubs, great restaurants, Mayan ruins, light houses, tremendous snorkeling, deep sea fishing and awesome scenery.
Well I’ve said enough, Miramar is epic and that is all. I’ve been to Miramar 3 times and the 4th is coming soon. Do yourself and family a favor, give the folks at Miramar a chance and you’ll be very happy that you did!
We stayed in condo 203. Extremely happy with the condo and the building amenities. The restaurant from Hotel B is next door and it is very good. We had more than enough towels and bathroom needs. We went scuba diving at the Westin hotel, a 5 min drive. We will be back.
Just returned from a great stay in unit 203 at Miramar. The condo was very modern, clean and well equipped with a great balcony facing the ocean. The condo has a great pool with comfortable sun lounges and umbrellas and a diving board for the ocean or a set of stairs that take you right down to the water. The staff was wonderful and they were constantly cleaning and doing maintenance. Matias was great with communication and super helpful. Stay here, you’ll love it.
This was a great place to stay - pool then jump straight into the ocean for a little snorkeling 🤿. It was more beautiful than the pictures. “Matt” and his team are super nice and supportive. They make sure you are taken care of 100%. We will be back for sure! Thanks for the GREAT stay!! 👍
My family and I stayed in Naha #502 in June-July, 2022 and it was a wonderful experience! This condo is even more beautiful than the pictures! The highlight for us was the really impressive balcony with the amazing views. Matias was wonderful. He was always so prompt in answering any questions that we had. Truly impressive service : ) My husband and I have been coming to Cozumel for the diving for 20+ years, but this was the first time we have stayed in the North Zone. It is very nice, peaceful, and actually easier to get into town for dinner. We highly recommend Naha Condominiums and Cozumel Seaside Retreats to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Cozumel. We loved it so much that we will definitely be returning in the future! Can't say enough good things! This is an excellent place to stay! Huge condo and service was above and beyond! You can't beat the view of ocean and pool! Quiet area very close to the attractions. Great for our teenagers. Managers and staff were extremely helpful. My husband had a bad asthma flair up and needed a doctor. Reached out to manager and their own doctor came to condo and saw my husband and gave great care and meds! Scary to be in a foreign country and need medical attention but this team made sure we were taken care of! Constant communication when we needed and even checked in routinely to make sure we didn't need anything. Stay here, you will enjoy!!!
We rented a wonderful condo for our girls trip in June 2022. I have to say that the property was more than we anticipated and it was perfect for the 3 of us. What we most appreciated was the quick and helpful responses from Matias and his team at Cozumel Seaside Retreats! They were very responsive through the entire process of choosing a condo and also with getting us settled once we arrived. We would definitely use them again !! Thank you we will be back !!
Our stay at Nah Ha Condominiums Unit 502 was fabulous! The three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was a perfect set-up for our family of four adults. The property is immaculately maintained and the quiet unit is well-appointed. The view from the balcony is simply amazing! Nah Ha is located in a quite section north of the city. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and unwind; yet an inexpensive taxi ride gets you to town to enjoy the nightlife. We never had a problem hailing a taxi. The staff at Cozumel Seaside Retreats was extremely responsive and a great help in assisting us in organizing our travel. Chef Anthony’s expertly prepared meals were delicious! Oscar Hernandez was the perfect PADI Dive Master and Captain. He and the crew of 3 Hermanos couldn’t have been more attentive. This was our first time traveling to Cozumel and we fell in love with the island and its people!!! The diving was spectacular, the Mayan ruins of San Gervasio awe-inspiring, our day at Buccanos beach club and spa rejuvenation and salsa dancing at Wet Wendy’s was a blast! There are plenty of shopping and wonderful dining options. The only complaint? We should have booked 2 weeks! Gracias for all your hospitality!
We stayed in Miramar #301 the first week of May, 2022. The unit is spacious and has wonderful views from the two balconies. We were so happy to have the washer and dryer in the unit. They even furnished laundry detergent. There were plenty of bath and beach towels in each of the three bathrooms. This is very important, as places we have stayed in the past were not so generous with towels.The pool area is beautiful and located right on the ocean with easy entrance/exit for snorkeling. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships go in and out of port daily.
The location is close to town for shopping and restaurants.
Jose and his staff were on premises everyday making sure all the common areas were kept clean and everything in working order.. They were also very helpful anytime we needed them. We had trouble figuring out how to use the stove/oven and Jose came immediately to our rescue.
We were allowed late checkout on our last day which was great because our flight did not depart until 2:30PM.
The folks at Cozumel Seaside were quick to respond when we contacted them for any information prior to, and during our stay. They even arranged to have someone come to the condo and do the COVID tests we were required to have prior to departing. We had our results in less than an hour!
We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend Cozumel Seaside and Miramar condos!

This place is absolutely the perfect place for a family vacation. I can tell you that from the beginning of the planning stages Matias was super quick to respond to any and all questions I had. He made it extremely comfortable to book a trip to Mexico for the very first time. All of the pictures on the website are completely accurate. It is a true home away from home with all the comforts of home there for you, a kitchen with all the plates, glasses and silverware, even cooking pans, washer and dryer. We stayed 7 nights, had cleaning service 3 times that week, and it was perfect. Matias is also very responsive for anything that pops up while you are there. For example I needed a bigger hair dryer for my daughter's and my hair and he had it delivered in 10 minutes. Don't even get me started on Jose and Ezequiel. They were quick with anything that came up. It just felt like we had a team of people ready to help us flag a cab and or give us feedback on restaurants. Matias also can set up anything you need, from renting a car, to booking swimming with the dolphins, fishing charter's, anything. This place is a one stop shop for all of your vacation needs. The scenes from the balcony are breath taking. I am already planning my trip for next year but going to bring my entire extended family this time. It was an absolute amazing family vacation. Thank you to Matias and his staff, they were part of making amazing memories in a beautiful place. Oh and the beds are super comfortable, we all slept amazing there. I highly recommend any of the units. We will be back.
Very comfortable, easy in and out. We had everything we needed! The view was beautiful and we had wonderful sunsets! The pool was like bath water and the access to the ocean was very simple and nice. The condo was very clean with not a lot of clutter. Great for easing the mind! We had a washer and dryer so we never had to worry about wet cloths. Thanks Miramar!! ♥️

Very enjoyable stay at Miramar Condominios, April 2-9, 2022! Spectacular sunset views! Great snorkeling right in front! Condo was well equipped with everything you might need for a week or two! Very relaxed vibe, hardly anyone at the pool during the day. We loved being on the pool level (Unit 101) making it easy to come and go from our unit. Very clean and spacious condo in quiet area 5 min by car from town. We had all that we needed in rental and were comfortable during our stay. Loved the pool and diving deck into the beautiful blue ocean! Matias was so wonderful and accommodating throughout the process. He even had flowers waiting for us upon arrival since I had mentioned it was an anniversary trip, very thoughtful! An all around great experience and I would highly recommend this rental.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Miramar Condominiums. Why would I go anywhere else? The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The property is expertly maintained. There are only 12 units which allowed for personalized service with little wait time. There are accommodations for everyone at the pool.You get to reside directly on the oceanfront. The views from the pool and your balcony are amazing! I felt safe and secure. It was peaceful. I have already booked for 2023. Looking forward to returning to my home away from home!
This condo is wonderful and we will return again. Beautiful views of the turquoise waters and stylishly decorated. Our only issue is we didn't have more time to enjoy it. I had heard an all inclusive resort was the only way to go. They were wrong!! This condo is so private and safe it's a home away from home. So few families in the entire unit many times we had the pool area entirely to ourselves. The snorkeling out from of the condo is first class and never once did we have to share this with other tourists. The need for free food and drink was zero since we went grocery shopping at the Mega Mart and brought everything we might need at very cheap reasonable prices with an amazing selection. Plus every where you go in Cozumel you are offered drinks so who needs an all inclusive to share with hundreds of other guests. If solitude, peace and quiet is what your after this condo is for you. Some noteworthy amenities worth mentioning are. Very comfortable master bedroom mattress. Brand new washer and dryer. World class snorkeling right out front. Great internet and television services. Friendly and accommodating staff. The floors are spotless. Very clean. Plenty of supplies from laundry soap, trash bags to toilet paper. We wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this condo for its solitude away from the crowds, it's cleanliness, it's wonderful amenities and it's gorgeous views.
Perfect place to stay (Miramar Condos) with older children in Cozumel. The pool area vibe and neighborhood in general was laid back, many friendly people. The platform to jump into the crystal clear ocean was the highlight of our kids' vacation. The staff was nice and easy to reach if something was needed. I highly recommend staying here.
Las Brisas 101 was perfect for our family! We all enjoyed the massive terrace and lovely decor. The pool was beautiful and rarely used by other guests. It's so convenient not to need an elevator to get to the pool. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were very comfortable! We woke up each morning to the sound of the waves on the shore.
It's nice being on the quiet side of town where the traffic is minimal. Taxis were always available any time of day for the short drive to town.
My husband calls Matias 'the fixer." He provided a pak-n-play for our grandchild, arranged for our car rental (great experience), and at the last minute scheduled 2 massage therapists to come to our condo. It was a wonderful experience using Cozumel Seaside Retreats.
We had such a wonderful stay with Cozumel Seaside Retreats at the Miramar condo and Las Brisas condo. The communication and thoughtfulness of Matias and the staff at the condos was phenomenal. The condos were clean, beautiful and well-stocked, the pools were great and the ocean, of course, is right there, which was amazing! Both our incoming and outgoing flights were significantly delayed. We were allowed a late check out and our luggage was well looked after as we essentially got to spend another full day on the island.

This is a great location for a couple or a family to enjoy the pool, snorkel, and get around the city square for shopping, drinks, and great food. The staff is great and will provide you with answers to your questions and will even arrange for your return flight Covid tests to be performed in your condo. Highly recommend.
We had such a good time! Everything we needed was in the condo. 12 cup coffee pot, ice, purified water, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, linens, beach towels, I could go on and on! A plastic patio chair broke and it was replaced the next day. Matias even called a local store for me to see if I had lost my phone there since my Spanish is not great! The location is fantastic! We rented a car (which was arranged by Matias) for 2 days to go to the East Side and then we took taxis into town or we would walk to a restaurant and then taxi back. Very convenient location. The snorkeling was an added bonus!! We were in thw sea every day!!!

I have been in Cozumel for 20 years and Miramar has the best water for snorkeling. Great condo, great service, great communication! Would definitely recommend the place 🙂
MiraMar #201 was exactly what the doctor ordered to cure my winter blues. The apartment has a great ocean view and separate living room. Matias and his staff were so helpful and eager to solve any issue big or small. The condo is about a 30 minute walk into town or a $5 taxi ride, so easy to get around. We snorkeled and swam everyday in front of the condo and up around Hotel B there were so many fish to see. Restaurants were great; La Monina, La Choza, Guidos and la Novena Ola just to name a few. Hope to return next year, so don't read too much of this review.
Matias and staff went above expectations when we were at the airport traveling home and realized I must of left my carry on bag back at the condo. After a frantic email they managed to find my bag and delivered it to the airport. Many many thanks!
The location was excellent for us. You can snorkel right there, they have stairs going right to the ocean. It's awesome! They even have a diving platform you can jump off. It's a bit to the north of town, but we found a few good places to eat within walking distance, and town was only a short cab ride away.
We stayed in 301, 3 bdrm, 3 ba, with 6 of us and were very comfortable. It's not the Waldorf, but the beds were good, the AC worked, it had TV in every bedroom and living room, but we never turned any of them on, either too busy, or too tired. A great time was had by all!
The staff was very helpful, and always cheerful... why not? They work in paradise. Matias did a great job throughout the entire process, getting us from a party of four in a two bedroom to a party of six in a 3 bedroom. I mentioned to him we'd bring our own masks but probably needed fins. They were in the room when we got there. Everybody there was great !!!

We have been visiting Cozumel for several years now, and the only entity we will rent through is Cozumel Seaside Retreats. They own/manage a number of properties in Miramar and Nah Ha. We love both buildings. We stay in Miramar when it's just the two of us, and Nah Ha for a larger group. The location is quiet, properties are very well maintained and have all the comforts you need! It is our home away from home.
The staff go well above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful and comfortable as possible. Jose in guest services is always lovely to work with. Matias and his wife Isabella not only are very helpful and easy to work with, but provide you with exceptional recommendations for things to do on the island. We are spoiled!

The condo was well stocked as far as towels, appliances, cookware, etc.
All the furniture and bedding were very comfortable. The guide book had good information as to suggestions for restaurants and things to do around the island. Plus, the location of Miramar is just a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of downtown; close enough to walk there but far enough away that you feel like you are on vacation at a nice quiet resort.
The rental agency was able to arrange for us to get a rental car at a significant discount as compared to Alamo, Avis, etc. Another plus was the rental agency arranged for us to have a Covid test done at our condo the day before our flight back to the US. So very convenient!
The pool area is beautiful and so clean and well cared for. The ocean is right there within steps to jump right in for an afternoon of snorkeling.
We stayed at Miramar 403 for a week. The condo has a beautiful ocean view. It was clean dry and comfortable. The quality of the bed makes a vacation for me, and this one was very nice, firm yet slightly plush. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials to cook meals. Huge props to the grounds keepers on property! One day they were cutting the palm trees and coconuts. I asked if there was coconut milk in the basketball sized coconuts. He said yes! And then proceeded to hack a couple with a machete so we could drink them. They were so delicious! We washed and dried a few loads of clothes. We had an issue with our washing machine and the grounds keepers tended to the repair immediately. The entire property was clean and well kept. With one giant stride or jump off the diving platform we were in the ocean with AMAZING snorkeling! There's a little gear shop a short walk south called Pepe's where we rented some gear. Matt and Isabella were accessible by e mail and responded quickly. They were very helpful with arranging experiences and the COVID test required to re-enter the states. The quality and the price were spot on. Thank you Matt and Isabella! We will stay here again!!!
We sent our son and new daughter in law to Cozumel for their honeymoon. I have been speaking to Matías for a couple months making sure everything was just right. My expectations were high. Matías blew past my expectations and made this a trip my kids will never forget. Ever!!
He set up a romantic dinner, snorkeling trip and had every connection for anything they wanted. He was so responsive to my texts as I was a little concerned for my kids safety, not for any reason other than I’m that kinda dad. Matías put me at ease and took care of our kids like they were his. He literally knows everyone on the island and on the mainland to I’m quite sure.
The kids reported the condo was beyond anything they imagined as well. The whole trip rates 10/10. We go to Cozumel every couple of years and it’s a no brainer that we will only book with Matías and his wife Isabella from now on. Folks these are good honest family people. Why would you chance it anywhere else?

Our family of five loved this condo and its location outside of the hustle bustle of downtown. It was peaceful and relaxing, and we spent most of our time reading by the pool or on our balcony. My kids loved the platform jump into the ocean. It was a perfect getaway after a very stressful year. The management was excellent and the grounds were meticulous. We will definitely go back!
We were so happy with our booking with Cozumel Seaside Retreats. Isabella and Matias were so helpful and willing to guide us with restaurants choices, recreational activities, transportation issues, and other questions about our trip to Cozumel. We loved every minute of our stay. The locals are friendly and fun. The island is safe and away from the noise of Playa del Carmen but with plenty of action and things to do to keep things interesting. A peaceful and fun-filled blast was had by all! And the unit at Nah Ha was spectacular--great views, wonderfully appointed and everything was in great working order.
Home away from home. We just completed our third stay at Miramar this year. We have stayed in 404 twice, 403, 201 and 101. All the rooms are clean and well maintained. Washers and dryers are in the units so don’t over pack.
We love this place, obviously, and the staff is amazing as well! Matias arranged covid testing in our condos and a massage for my wife. Jose maintains the property and is extremely attentive.

Miramar is an incredible place to stay: spacious, clean, beautiful, quiet, yet super close to downtown. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We have booked with Cozumel Seaside numerous times over the years and have always been very satisfied. Condos are always as described and Matias is very responsive through the booking process, checking in, checking up and checking out process.
This location was amazing. The building is a bit older and sea life is hard, but they maintain the property well and the furnishings were all nice and current. We didn't cook, but we looked around and it seemed to have a well-stocked kitchen. It has a wash/dry that works great. Hair dryer, iron, linens, beach towels, paper goods, even a purified water dispenser that was so important. You don't need to bring anything but swim gear. The unit is two stories so you have to navigate stairs. There is no elevator. AC worked great. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfy; pillows were a bit flat. The best parts were the pool and access to the sea. Pool was a good size, and we watched the sunset and stargazed every evening. There is a diving platform and stairs into the water under it. We snorkeled a bit, and there was a lot see right by the condo. The current is strong there at the wall. We watched the navy swim by the condo training using that current. We were there in October,
and the weather was perfect. The location is very convenient to town, and we easily rented a Jeep and got around. We always went to town so didn't investigate places within walking distance or if taxis were nearby. Check in was easy and check out was great too. I can't say enough good things, we'll 100% return to this condo.
Communication with Matias of Seaside Retreats was excellent. The condo is modern, clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Could not have asked for a better experience. Snorkeling is very good toward the south, however the current in Oct/Nov is quite strong at the condo. A quick ride in the taxi to downtown offers many great places to eat and we walked the streets and the town square during a festival and felt VERY safe and comfortable - no worries.
We HIGHLY recommend Nah Ha for a safe, fun filled Cozumel experience.

We stayed in Miramar unit #204 and received excellent service at this beautiful property. We cannot say enough good things about how well we were taken care of from the moment we arrived. Jose and Ezekiel anticipated when we needed something and were quick to respond on the very few occasions we needed help. No request was too big or small. The grounds were immaculate! The VIEW from our balcony and from the pool deck was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures are very accurate of the property and our unit but seeing it in person was beyond amazing. I don't think I've ever stayed so close to such beautiful water and it was a treat to jump into the ocean and snorkel right in front of the condo.
Our unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed including plenty of towels, linens, scuba gear, and even an ice chest. Maribel took great care on cleaning days and we enjoyed seeing her smile!
Lastly, Matias did an excellent job with all aspects of communication before and during our trip including seamless arrangements of our transfers and covid tests. We had no difficulty with any testing and our experience at the airport also went smoothly. We definitely will return to Miramar again! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Ah, there is so much good to say about our experience with Cozumel Seaside Retreats, but one feature made all the others possible, and that was the thoughtful, prompt, professional, and timely attention given to us by Matias. I almost got cold feet taking my family outside the US for the first time, during this summer, of all summers. When I wrote to Matias before our trip with my concerns, he took the time to call me and talk me through my concerns and made clear that he would do all he could to help us should we have problems during our stay.
And I am so thankful that he did! I booked unit 301 because I have 3 kids, and my wife and I planned to cook some of our family meals at the unit. And because this unit looked to have amazing views and plenty of space. The unit did not disappoint - in fact the pictures just barely do it justice!
301 was clean and comfortable - we instantly felt at home! The staff arrived almost immediately after us in order to orient us to the unit and use of the HVAC system. Speaking of the HVAC - the A/C is so powerful that it cools the unit down (301 has 2 HVAC units) within, quite literally, 5 minutes. This is important because all day you can leave the A/C off, open the front door (leaving the security-screen door closed) and open the patio doors and enjoy a breeze right through the unit, then, once ready for bed, can close things up and the unit is comfortable in a very short time.
The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and we made good use of it. The supermarket, the MEGA, is amazing! We stocked the fridge with all the comforts of home, with a Mexican twist of course! Of note, the avocados from the MEGA were insanely good - we had fresh guacamole with every meal at the unit (and it came as a side with pretty much every restaurant meal we had on Cozumel!)
The pool is as nice as it looks in the picture, the diving plank as fun as you would think it is. We had never snorkeled before and were amazed at how many fish and coral were present immediately in front of the Miramar Condominiums!
As to the town of San Miguel and the rest of Cozumel, all's I can say is that we felt very comfortable, safe, and welcome everywhere we went - Punta Sur, Chankanaab, deep sea fishing, the MEGA, etc... Just a great experience!
All in, this place was amazing and I am so excited to return!

Matias, Isabella and the rest of the Cozumel Seaside Retreats Team were amazing. From coordinating in initial grocery purchase, answering questions and printing documents we needed for our flight home, they provided great service and were very attentive. The Nah Ha condo is absolutely stunning and we had an amazing time snorkeling right past the sea wall and using the pool. Cozumel offered plenty of things for us to do and we had no trouble getting around and enjoying the island. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and place to stay. We can't wait to come back!
This condo was absolutely perfect for a couple on a trip, location has been great, as well as the staff. The pool was lovely, quiet, clean, and very well maintained! Our stay at Miramar Condo #401 was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment that we booked our stay Matias was always available and responded to my emails promptly. Prior to our stay, we were having a lot of difficulty getting through to the testing labs to arrange for our COVID testing which was very stressful. I emailed Matias and he booked our COVID testing appointment for us the same day. The great part was that our testing was done right in the privacy of the condo. We then decided that we wanted to extend our stay and Matias was so responsive and immediately provided a couple of different options; allowing us to stay on island longer. The condo is beautiful and wonderfully stocked. We had everything that we needed. We cannot say more about the awesome staff! Jose, Ezequiel, and the housekeeper (sorry I cant remember her name) were absolutely the best! During our stay, we had a few small and insignificant issues. First, the remote for the TV wasn't working (just needed batteries), I emailed Matias and literally before I set my iPad down, Jose was at the door to help. Second, the safe went on the fritz and Jose promptly brought us the key. Lastly, the dryer suddenly stopped working, I emailed Matias, and it was repaired within hours of my email. Now I don't want these issues to deter you from choosing to stay at Miramar or any other Seaside Retreat location. I am only sharing this with you because if your are anything like me, these details are the most important when choosing where you are going to stay. As avid travelers, we avoid hotel and resort settings. Issues always arise, but the difference is in the quality of the customer service and how the issues are handled. The pool area is very clean and the area is well kept. We spent a lot of time at the pool and met some really great people that were also staying at the condos. It actually felt more like a community than a rental. There is an outdoor grill that we used to cook a couple of meals. Everyone absolutely LOVED the diving platform and honestly there is the most AWESOME snorkeling right in the "backyard". During our stay on island, we snorkeled 5 different reefs and surprisingly, we saw the greatest variety of fish along the walls of the condo. This was our first visit to Mexico and were a little apprehensive. Let me reassure you that everyone we encountered was so kind and eager to make sure that you had a wonderful experience. We never felt unsafe and we literally explored every inch of the island. On our day of check out, Matias arranged for our luggage to be held (our flight was not until 6:30pm) so that we did not have to store the luggage in our car and could wander around town without having to worry about our luggage. We loved our experience so much that we were already planning a return trip at the airport. I can honestly tell you that you will absolutely love your stay and will be well cared for by Matias and his team.

I recently just ended my four-day trip to Cozumel staying at the Miramar Condominiums with Cozumel Seaside Retreats. I cannot express how amazing the condo, building, location, and staff were. After I purchased on VRBO, I was called and emailed by the property manager, Matis. He was responsive to every single email I sent him. He handled anything and everything we needed during our stay. The condo was immaculate. The view was nothing short of spectacular. The staff are always present during the day ensuring the grounds are kept up well. I was able to get a later check-out time upon request, have two massage therapists provide massages for my BF and I, groceries were delivered upon request, and we were able to get our covid antigen tests done there as well. Matis is one of the most professional and responsive managers I've ever come in contact with and we will be back for another vacation soon. We might even call this a second home!
This was our 6th trip to Cozumel and the Miramar was spectacular. We stayed in unit 404 and it felt like the sunset was just for us as it was directly across from our balcony. The unit was very comfortable and clean and the views were stunning. It was also well equipped with kitchen appliances, welcome beer and snacks! , beach towels, and very attentive care takers, including cleaning service which was a real treat. The pool was great overlooking the ocean, and plenty of umbrellas for shade, lounge chairs and tables. The snorkeling was also great just jumping into the water from shore. Amazing coral in the afternoon sun.
We used 3 out of the 4 balconies regularly depending upon the suns location. And we did use the one on the front of the condo until the motorcycles got a bit loud.
We love the north location a lot as there are fewer beach clubs and beautiful Snorkeling.

Great property. Amazing hosts. The pool area is perfect with easy access to the sea and snorkeling. Unbelievable views and sunsets. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!
The customer service before, during, and after the trip was great! The rental and all shared areas were very clean and kept that way throughout our stay from the staff and housekeeping. Matias, Isabella, and the maintenance staff were all kind and helpful with questions. We will rent here again!
The service and accommodations at Condos Miramar have been so great. We’ve been to CZM 4 times since 2014 and had lovely service but this is by far the best.

Do not have enough wonderful things to say about this place!! We stayed at Miramar condominiums for a week and everything was perfect. Very quaint, private, and affordable. The staff was incredibly attentive, genuine, and accommodating (Jose, Ezekiel, Marabel, and Matias, among others). Cozumel Seaside Retreats made us feel at home and we will most definitely be returning.
My wife, son and I spent a week in Cozumel at Miramar condos. What a great property and super-nice owners! Everything was handled easily and efficiently, from the booking through the stay. Matt was very helpful and a great source of information about the island. It's nice dealing with a family-owned business, as they understand what other families are looking for in a vacation. They've been doing this for a long time (since 2003 I think) so they have a LOT of experience and their operation runs like a well-oiled machine. We are VERY happy with our vacation there and are looking forward to returning!
This place is amazing. It is our second year at this condo. The view, pool and ocean access are my top favorites. The bed is so comfortable which you don’t always find. Loved having a washer and dryer as well. The staff is professional, friendly and gracious. Highly recommend!!
We had a fantastic stay at Miramar recently. We were very apprehensive about traveling during this pandemic, but we have been to Cozumel many times and this was our 3rd time staying at Miramar, so we decided to go for it. I honestly felt safer here than back home in the States. Every business was extremely careful to make sure no people with a fever or symptoms were allowed in and everybody had a mask on, even outside. As usual, Matias was fantastic to work with and assisted with getting our Covid tests taken care of so we could travel home. It was really easy. I'm really glad we decided to take the trip and will definitely be back!
We were indecisive about traveling over Christmas with our teenagers with uncertainty surrounding Covid. We were certainly glad we did. We had an incredible time, the unit was spotless, we had food delivered. The location was excellent, easy to walk, easy to get a taxi. We spent many hours at the pool and snorkelling, paddle boarding right out front. This vacation gave us the needed boost to start 2021 and so glad we came.
We travel regularly and rent either houses or condos. Miramar is one of our favorites of all the destinations we frequent. It is a very convenient location in Cozumel, the units are great (especially for the price) and the units and pool are right on the water ... with great snorkeling right there. In our many stays a few minor issues have come up and the management team is outstanding in their response.
Cozumel is also one of our favorites - even under Covid concerns the Island is safe, very friendly and the process to return to the US is easy.

From our first contact with Matias and Isabella at Cozumel Seaside Retreats, to our final day , everything was perfect and professional. Initially we had questions on the condo and dates and were unsure if we really wanted to take a chance amid the Covid thing. Our emails were answered very promptly and answered all questions. We changed dates once. Decided to rent a car through them. Car was delivered to the condo at the prearranged time. Really nice vehicle with Chac Choc I believe. Super nice to deal with. Prearranged groceries that were there when we arrived. Any questions we had when we were there were answered very quickly. Had to arrange our Covid tests and Matias and Isabella arranged that for us. Also there at the prearranged time, and test results back within hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Would absolutely use Cozumel Seaside Retreats again. Thank you Matias and Isabella, you made our vacation wonderful. See you next year!
Excellent stay at Miramar condo. Quiet but convenient location. Walkable south to downtown and restaurants to the north on a nice day - or a $4-5 cab ride. Grounds are well kept up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Place was clean and comfortable. Car rental next door didn't have a jeep and Matias found me a jeep at a better price within an hour. Pepe's scuba 2 doors down was great. Great experience.
Our second stay at Miramar #201. We love staying toward the north end of Cozumel, little bit slower pace. The condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the water. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is always spotless and the outdoor staff does a great job keeping everything clean, neat and tidy. Matt is awesome to work with, answers any questions you might have right away. He made it very easy with the new Covid testing before we headed back to the states. He lined up people to come to our condo for testing and everything went very smoothly. Will definitely be back next year!
We very much enjoyed are stay very relaxing and just what we needed. Matias did a great job communicating with us from start to finish. Not only were the accommodations wonderful the additional services that were offered were over the top amazing. We were given the information on a chef that came and cooked a couple of meals for us and his food was excellent, we were set up with a snorkeling trip and our car rental was even taken care of. We cannot wait to stay again, great place and excellent staff.
We have stayed at Miramar twice and LOVE the place. The condos are beautiful, the grounds and pool are beautiful, ocean access for swimming and snorkeling is a jump from a platform next to the pool. But, more than anything else, THE STAFF are just the best. From the manager Matias, to the rounds maintenance staff, and the women who clean, all are friendly and professional. It's the service that brings people back year after year. This year after we left we found ourselves in Playa, having forgot my passport. Fearing a 3 - 4 hour journey back I knew there was no way I could make my plane on time. Matias went over and above, sending a staff member over on the ferry to bring me my passport allowing us to make it to pour plane. You just don't get service like that anywhere else! Bravo an gracias amigos! See you next year...
