When you exit Customs in Cozumel, someone will most likely approach you and ask for your destination, or if you need help with ground transportation. These people are actually timeshare salesmen. Unless you want to go see a timeshare presentation, don’t go with them; just go directly to the shuttle van counter for ground transportation. If we have reserved the shuttle van for you, just walk outside of the airport and there will be a Caribbean Tours representative with a sign with your name on it.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of sending us the email, please check your junk, spam or Bulk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
