Lilli C. / Miramar 404 highly recommended !
Highly recommended for travellers that wish to be away from the busy, party scene, However, its only a quick distance to get to that environment if you so desire. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. I've been to Mexico many times and my stay at the Miramar Condos was one of my favorite stays . I felt safe and secure and would recommend for singles or families alike.
kenia A. / Luxury in paradise
Spent an incredible week in a luxurious condo in Cozumel. I have stayed in many, many condos on the island and I have never seen a condo that is equiped with more features.. Granite countertops, brand new top of the line appliances, great rooms with extremely comfortable king mattresses. The art work throughout the condo is beautiful and the decorating is professional in every way. Each room has its own amazing bathroom and the views from the balcony are breathtaking, especially during the sunset. The sea is just a stones throw away and the snorkeling out front is awesome. San Miguel is a nice walk to have dinner. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you, Cozumel Seaside Retreats for sharing this amazing place.
carol t. / Miramar is Awesome !
I have been to Cozumel many times! I discovered Miramar a few years ago. We loved the location just a mile or so north of town. Condo 404 has an incredible view of the ocean and the pool below. At sunset the whole complex felt like a big family because everyone comes out on their balconies to watch the show! The pool was fun too. It has a shallow "wet sunbathing" area. There is also a 20 foot dive platform into the ocean. Great fun! The condo itself has all the amenities for a nice comfortable stay. We cooked breakfast every day. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and restful, and the AC was strong! Best of all was the staff. Such wonderful hosts. Anything we needed, they were there at all hours too! I would definitely recommend Miramar. You will have a great vacation!
Rachel A. / lovely accommodations
The three bedroom, three bath, two level accommodation was lovely. We had a terrace overlooking the ocean from both the living room, and master bedroom, a terrific staff and perfect condo for our vacations !
David R. / Exceptional
We enjoyed our stay very much! It is a lovely condo with a gorgeous view. Location is excellent. Enjoyed the pool and the diving board into the ocean. Sunsets each night were awesome. Wish we were still there.
Jason B. Washington D.C. / Quiet economical way to stay in Cozumel
e were looking for something easy and not too glitzy for a family vacation, and something that wouldn't cost a ton. Because of the price, I was a little nervous when we opened the door, and couldn't believe it when I saw the lovely living room and beyond it, the terrific view of the ocean.
You will need a car if you stay here, unless you plan on just nesting by the pool (fun to jump from the diving platform into the ocean) or spending a lot on taxis. Parking can be tight, so keep the car small. I did take a star off for the bathrooms, which are either a little dark, drab, dank, or all three. But the beds are comfy, the kitchens are well stocked, and the management is helpful and responsive.
Alana M. / “Great quiet and private place”
Snorkeling access perfect. Views are incredible. I will stay here next time I come to Cozumel.

Morgan M. / Outstanding - can't wait to go back
The suite is new and spacious. We really appreciated the full kitchen. It is 3 short blocks north of the Playa del Carmen ferry and it is easily within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, etc. Anything you would need is nearby. The neighborhood was also very quiet and after the shops closed for the evening and there were few people around after around 9:00PM. As well The suite is tastefully decorated and the king size bed was very comfortable. Isabella the manager was very attentive and if we needed something she was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back.
Laura L. / MIRAMAR 404 !
This was our first trip to Cozumel and we did a lot of research before we decided on the Miramar Condos. We stayed in #404 and couldn't have been happier. We were greeted by Joyce who showed us around and offered to help in any way we needed. Such a nice guy! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. It is located north of town and if you are really energetic you can walk in - to the center of town will take you at least 45 minutes. We rented a car for the week from FIESTA (another good choice) and were glad we did. The snorkeling right off the back of the property was good (even though there is a fair amount of construction debris on the ocean floor - good cover for the sea life!). You will need flippers as the current (usually south to north) is pretty strong. If we had one complaint (and we had to search pretty hard to find one) it would be that the swimming pool was not heated - the ocean water is warmer than the pool water. In the summer that would be a good thing I would guess.
Nancy S. / Lovely Condo & Great Location & Attentive Service
I researched many condos on-line with the help of Flip Key and Travel advisor. I finally chose Miramar 404 because it was north of town, away from the cruisers & town bustle, but close enough to walk and bike to each day if I wanted. Matias and Isabel are very organized and helpful. They can arrange anything you might want to do. However I suggest you research the tours and the snorkeling before making arrangements. Matias and Isabel welcomed us with flowers! We loved the many conveniences of the condo--4 balconies!! 2 to watch the sunrise and 2 to watch it set. The a/C units were great when the humidity rose. All the appliances worked and my only complaint would be cooking utensils--spatulas, nicer pans, a peeler were lacking. The food is plentiful and reasonable in Cozumel so I suggest getting out to explore! The Lobster House was a great treat and The Playa azul Beach Club has great Shrimp Tostadas and piña coladas. We were comfortable and had no problems walking to town, or biking around the island. Best Tip: "Room Service" You call - they bring--you pay. Very reasonable and so convenient. Thank you Isabel, Matias, Joyce & all the rest for a great vacation that I will never forget!
Wonderful Stay in Miramar #404
My husband and I stayed in Miramar 404 for two weeks, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is thoughtfully appointed with a well-stocked kitchen, including oil, salt, pepper as well as herbs such as oregano and basil; access to fresh linens--we always had at least five beach towels and six bath towels at all times; ready availability of a washer/dryer as well as laundry detergent; and a host of little things that one might have forgotten at home such as sunscreen, board games, a collection of DVDs for the DVD player, and extra bars of soap. The sliding glass doors also have screens, which is a rarity in Mexico! The unit has its own modem, so the wireless signal is strong and works well.
We chose Miramar because its north end location is ideal for snorkeling. Other than the two days we took part in snorkeling expeditions, we snorkeled every day in front of the condo and saw a variety of fish: sergeant majors, blue damselfish, moray eel, spotted eel, french angel fish, puffer fish, and porcupine fish among others. The coral is also quite healthy along the iron shore; to get the most out of your experience, though, we recommend that you snorkel in the afternoon when the sun's rays hit the iron shore wall directly. The water current runs from south to north, so on the days we had more energy, we would swim against the current for as long as we could and then let the current drift us back to Miramar. This concept of "drift snorkeling" was new to us, and we loved it. We also jumped into the water at Miramar and drifted as far north as we wanted to go--sometimes to the Tequila Beach Club and once all the way to Buccanos (although the current stops somewhere around the Tequila Beach Club, so you have to swim to Buccanos). We saw something just south of the Tequila Beach Club that we had never seen before--a school of around 40-50 needle fish that would encircle us. It was a bit creepy at first, but we knew they were more likely scared of us than us of them. We also saw some pretty good-sized barracuda.
Miramar's location is also ideal for a taxi ride into town. When we were there at the beginning of August 2018, a taxi ride into town cost 75 pesos. To get a taxi to pick us up, we would stand in front of the condo and wave at passing taxis. Even on traffic-light days, we didn't have to wait more than five minutes for a taxi. Although we ended up renting a car for two days, one could get by on taxis alone if one wished to do so.
Most of all, what makes Miramar special is the love and care of Matias, Isabella, and their staff. Matias promptly answered every email I sent, and he even let us borrow snorkeling fins, which greatly lessened our luggage load. Jose checked in with us to make sure we were getting along okay, and the cleaning ladies were friendly and very good at what they do. For all of the reasons above, we highly recommend Miramar for a tranquil, relaxing, rejuvenating vacation in Cozumel! We look forward to returning sometime soon!
