Puesta del Sol Ocean Front Condos, which honors its name (Puesta del sol means “sunset” in Spanish ) will show you unique Cozumel sunsets, with just 8 floors and 14 units has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include an infinity pool at the ocean edge, lounge chairs, palapas, and very easy access to the water via the platform or ladder for the best snorkeling on Cozumel Island. A wall of colorful coral and sponges, along with fish and other Cozumel reef residents, await your easy and close-up viewing.

We had a work trip with colleges, and we found the property very clean, beautifully decorated, and private enough for everyone. Very safe and secure. Beautiful pool. The management very responsive to even small requests. Would definitely use it next time in Cozumel and recommend to friends an colleagues.

We loved the ocean view from our balcony & our bedroom in 6 South. Joyce was very helpful and attentive, helping us rent a car and organized Padi lessons with Oscar. This in a perfect location for us, not too far from downtown but far enough to brave a quiet calm on days when you just want to stay in with a book and watch the sea and sun before you. It was great to have a kitchen, we made breakfast and lunch everyday. The condo had everything that you could possibly need and more. The management staff was just an email or phone call away. This was the perfect holiday and would love to go back.

The condo is in pristine condition and facilities are well maintained. The pool is salt water and same temperature as ocean. The property managers looked after our requests for lounge chairs for the deck within hours. They are very attentive and go over backwards to make the stay so very enjoyable. The condo is about 1.5 miles from the San Miguel and excellent restaurants in town. The view from the living room and deck is great. Great snorkelling right from the condo although current can be a strong at times. Swim with the current, get out at a hotel down stream and walk back.

What an incredible place to stay. The condo was immaculate and beautifully breathtaking. The ocean was right in front giving beautiful views and sunsets. Town is a nice walk or a quick $5 cab ride. My wife was opposed to a rental as she wanted an all inclusive resort as we usually do, but he was blown away by this condo and was already planning a return trip on his first day in Cozumel. The booking process was easy and Isabella was quick to answer any and all enquiries. We will be back for sure!

This was our 3rd stay in this condo. Why? Because it doesn't disappoint. The condo is beautiful, spacious and located north of the bustling town center. A quick trip from the airport and easy access to downtown. The snorkeling was wonderful, right off the edge!
